Most Significant Increase in Italy Deaths Since Coronavirus Outbreak
In Italy, the most significant increase in coronavirus deaths has been recorded since the outbreak a month ago.
The authorities reported 627 new deaths on Friday, bringing the total number of victims to 4032. It is a jump of almost 20 percent.
On Thursday, Italy already overtook China as the country with the most registered corona deaths.
In China, the pandemic had broken out late last year.
The most significant increase so far in Italy was 475 in a day. China never reported more than 150 new deaths every day.
