The wedding is said to have taken place in Las Vegas earlier this year, according to the reports.
Dressed in black, the 26-year-old British model and the 29-year-old American actress were married by an Elvis lookalike in the iconic Little Las Vegas Chapel.
It was a small, intimate ceremony.
Among the guests would have been big names such as Charlize Theron, the Jonas Brothers and Sophie Turner.
“They were sure of their cause and their feelings for each other,” says Michael Kelly, owner of the wedding chapel.
“They were committed to each other, and both had a big smile on their faces.
You could see that they took it seriously, but that they had a lot of fun.
They kept it simple, calm and relaxed.”
The entire wedding would have cost 201 pounds.
Last June, Cara revealed on Instagram that she and Ashley had been together for a year.
A month later rumours surfaced that the two were engaged.
During a holiday in France, the model and the Pretty Little Liars star were spotted with matching rings on their fingers.
