Rihanna Launches Lingerie line for Breast Cancer Month. We all know Rihanna (31) from munchers of hits such as Umbrella, Pon de Replay and Diamonds.
But now she is so much more than just a singer.
The Barbadian, for example, has a successful make-up line and is also represented in the lingerie sector.
And with the latter, she is now launching a campaign specifically for breast cancer month.
In the unique collection, which is for sale from today, one colour stands out: pink.
All items in the line meet the colour in honour of breast cancer month.
The marketing campaign is aimed at four women with breast cancer: Stephanie Seban, Bianca Muniz, Johanna De La Cruz and Nalie Agustin.
Their inspiring stories are summarised in the collection, which is accompanied by a special video.
“I want to raise awareness for disadvantaged breast cancer communities.
The Savage X Thrivers collection represents young women of all walks of life struggling with cancer,” Rihanna proclaims.
With the collection, RiRi not only wants to generate more awareness about breast cancer.
Part of the proceeds also goes to Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation,
which focuses on research and support for young patients with breast cancer.
“The simplest way for people to get involved and make a difference is to shop this collection,” said the 31-year-old.
