Ukraine Severs Diplomatic Ties With Russia
Ukraine has severed diplomatic ties with Russia. President Volodimir Zelensky said that after Russia invaded his country.
The president said that Ukrainians who wanted to fight against the Russians would be given a weapon.
In addition, penalties for possession of weapons are waived.
