Kremlin Denounces Weary Biden Insults Against Putin

President Joe Biden’s accusations against his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin are “personal insults” stemming from “irritation, fatigue and forgetfulness”.

Biden has in recent days portrayed Putin as a murderous dictator and war criminal over the brutal crackdown by the Russian military in Ukraine.

Biden sometimes suffers from forgetfulness and fatigue, according to a Kremlin spokesperson, which would lead to “aggressive statements”.

Moscow says it does not want to make any harsh statements “so as not to provoke more aggression”. However, Russia has previously reminded the US of US military action in countries such as Iraq and Vietnam.
