Instagram is updating its app, and that comes with a novelty. Because it could be that pinning posts will be possible soon.

Instagram is investigating a new feature that will allow users to pin specific posts to their profile above their other photos. The company has confirmed this to the technology news site TechCrunch.

The new feature is currently still being tested and will even appear on the platform for a limited number of users. Users who have access to the feature can select the ‘pin to your profile’ option on their profile by clicking on the three dots at the top right of the photo.
