YouTube Gets more Ads that cannot Be Skipped. YouTube allows a large group of creators to provide videos on their channel with ads that can not be skipped.

 

That option will soon be accessible to all creators of the YouTube Partner Program, making the company known on its video channel for professional video creators.

With the YouTube Partner Program, the company offers creators the chance to monetise their channel.

Since January, creators can only receive advertising revenue if their channel has more than a thousand subscribers.

The videos must have seen for at least four thousand hours in the past year.

YouTube emphasises that previously placed ads converted automatically to advertisements,

 Also not possible to skip unless the creator takes action.

In the Netherlands, ads that can not be skipped may not last longer than fifteen seconds.
